Recommended Books

I don't think I've done this for a while, if ever: what books do you recommend the most to others? They can be fiction or non-fiction.

For me, one of my favorite non-fiction books is Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance. It's one of those books that just clicked for me when I read it. As for fiction, I love Patrica McKillip's and and Connie Willis's work. One recent fantasy trilogy I'd recommend is The Accidental Sorcerer; Witches, Inc; and Wizard Squared.

What would you add to this list?

Non-fiction I would recommend Stephen Hawking's "A Grand Design" that he wrote with Richard Mlodinow. I would also recommend "Suck it, Wonder Woman" by Olivia Munn.

Fiction picks I would recommend "Three Stations" by Martin Cruz and "American Gods" by Neil Gaiman.

I read and enjoyed "American Gods." I think I have a sample of "A Grand Design" on my Kindle, though I did read "A Brief History of Time." I haven't heard of the other two books.

Thanks for your recommendations, Michael!
