For my WIP, I had the middle mostly figured out and the ending was set, but I couldn't figure out how to start it. So I combined it with the idea I had for another story - for that one I had the beginning but not the middle or end. Then I had to iron out all the wrinkles :) but it ended up working great :)Michelle McLeanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08730366330276974943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18714294.post-71538580559229184482008-08-23T02:41:00.000-05:002008-08-23T02:41:00.000-05:00I totally agree with you about what you said in th...I totally agree with you about what you said in the end about combining two or more ideas. I've had lots of inspiration over the last few years, just little ideas that popped up here and there. I had no idea that some of them were going to be combined together. I like little surprises like that.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18714294.post-54738519919209113882008-08-23T00:48:00.000-05:002008-08-23T00:48:00.000-05:00Great post, Sandra! I've never thought about that before, but I usually only read YA, and I'm not a YA, so...

But great post! Glad you joined the "gang!" I can totally see myself putting the idea in a chair under a bright light and then leaning over it all tough cop, "Listen you, you're gonna talk and let me know exactly what is going on here."

Ah, if only it were that easy.Kate Karyus Quinnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15581176126578915929noreply@blogger.com
